To ensure the even detoxification of your body, it is best to put the Detoku Detox Foot Patches on the soles of both feet. The average person can take up to one month or more of daily use to remove the majority of toxins from their bodies, older people or people who are ill could take longer.
The ideal situation would be to continue using the Detoku Detox Foot Patches until they remain clean after 12 hours of continuous use. Then a maintenance plan of 20 patches per 1 to 2 months may be sufficient to counteract the daily onslaught of toxins most of us face. This can be determined by the color of the patches after 8 - 12 hours of direct contact with the soles of your feet.

Can I use the Detoku patches on other parts of my body?
